As an Admin, I want the ability to upload a new extract, and identify what had been added or removed from they system, in essence performing a sync.

Question:

What fields besides the 3 ids do you want to make sure match?
For example you would want to update all the price information for each office, but if there are other changes, how do you want to handle it?

When re-uploading everything needs to come over except for the mappings.
