step 1 | filters| Rotate button not present./PAGE DOES NOT LOAD IN IE 10 #973

Steps: 1.http://test.cfunitselectortest.com/project/7

Current:Rotate button not present and shadow image is shown on loading.

Expected:Rotate button has to be present on main screen.and image should be proper.

Rotate button would appear only when all 36 images have loaded, until then the first image and svg is loaded with no rotate button

it does not appear even after complete loading of page.(IE 11)
