LIst View - Issues #8

Tested on - Chrome Link: http://staging.fnbcircle.com/list-view.html

1) The header city dropdown values are not proper. image

2) The section headings should be "Search by Area" and "Type of Business" image

3) Action to clear the filter is not displayed when the filters are selected. image

4) The rating stars should be filled image

5) If the rating has "&Up" feature than it should be upto 4 ratings. the fifth one should not be there. Similar to amazon.in image

6) Replace "Stripe is the best software platform for running an internet business." with "To get best deals, send your enquiry now."

7) The search box for business name should have the following text "Search for a specific business"

8) Send Enquiry action should be "Send an Enquiry"

City content and ratings developers approach rest is fixed. Clear all added but hidden.

@ajajrajguru : the city dropdown in the header menu looks faded.
