Store is not reflecting in system_config table when Daily Fulfillment / Inventory Planner Required is disabled for the store #1653

Store: Mayur vihar GO to http://192.168.70.61:6060/admin/crud/retail/RetailStoreCrud.action?editRetailStore=&retailStoreDTO.id=4119 Uncheck the Daily Fulfillment / Inventory Planner Required checkbox and Save it

Actual result: Store is not reflecting in system_config table when Daily Fulfillment / Inventory Planner Required is disabled for the store
