Actual result order can be placed if the payment mode is not active for the store but manually added from the console.

Expected result The user should not be able to place an order with the payment mode that are inactive for the store.

Steps Store name TESTPAYB -Edit the console and palce an order with the payment mode that is inactive for the store.
