This functionality is working as expected. Orders which are delivered by courier are not shown in report, as the amount of that order remains pending at the Couriers end. Currently 3999 cash is supposed to be delivered by courier to HK.

Please share the use case how you have this excess amount so that we can handle it accordingly.
