Kindly check the Plan ID 2135 created on 30-April.

Dwarka Sec-12 store has total sale of 6 pcs in last 3 months for NUT364-02 and average sale of 2 pcs per month.

I have manually sent 4 pcs for the store, twice of that of average sale.

But on 3-May NPL daily fulfillment with DF Id: 2151 has created order for another 6 pcs of the same variant.

Kindly refer the attached screenshots for the same.

We checked IP creation on our end. The 'In Process' and the 'Pending' data is populated correctly as per the following logic:

  1. In process
    • Sum of 'Actual dispatch' inventory in all previous IPs that are submitted for approval for that variant and store combination.
  2. Pending
    • Sum of (Checked Out Qty - Checked In Qty) from all previous STs to that store for that variant that are in the 'Shipped' status.

The monthly sales are also populated correctly. We checked the monthly sales data for a couple of warehouses in the above screenshot, they also reflect the correct data. If there is any monthly sales value which is wrong, could you please share for which NUT and at which store this happens so we check?

We could not check if the in process and pending stock values in the above screenshot are correct or not as that data is populated based on the data of stock transfers and inventory planners present at the time of creation of the IP. While creating a new NPL inventory planner if you still face this issue do let us know, so we can check the ST and IP data right away.

This issue has not been resolved yet and resulting in many SKU's not getting refilled for many stores.

Because of this we need to make manual orders for all stores.
