@seonad For all sites country can be chosen only once at the time of registration. This would decide the the currency in which the users will get charged.
Since old sites did not have the option of selecting country earlier, it is assumed that all old sites would have GBP as their currency of payment.
Any change in country in the business details should not be changing the currency of payment in future. We could avoid confusion by having some sort of help text around this.
Current Behavior: New sites display currency for plans as per Country selected at the time of Registration
Old sites display currency for plans as per Currency as £ for all sites
Expected Behavior: Should allow user to change 'Country' and hence 'Currency' from Dashboard.
Option1: Changing "Country" from Business Details in site profile should change currency

Option2: Add a separate field for this in 'My profile' below change Language with following text CHANGE COUNTRY Change the default currency for Payment purpose Dropdown:
