Display error messages when no card is selected #975

Current Behavior: When "Set as active / Forget Card" are clicked on without selecting any card, the loader loads indefinitely. image

Expected Behavior: Display message: Set as Active - "Please select a card or add a new card" Forget Card - "Please select a card"
