Actions on builder to be updated #976

Builder UI updated #972. Below functionality updates required:

  1. In the Page Select dropdown, last option to be 'Add New Page'. On select of this, new page gets created.
  2. On click of the edit icon the page title and page url should be editable.
  3. Change theme colors button added in top left corner. This action currently exists in the right slide out menu. Action should be added to the button in the header.
