Design employment contract #3

There are 2 options:

-Contract / Agreement style

Under both options, clauses remain same, only the first part varies.

Draft so far. Each clause is taking more time than imagined. I was thinking we add 2 confidentiality related clauses in the employment contract and detailed clauses in NDA(Link below)

Pls go through both and let me know if you want any other clause to be included.

As some will remain consultants, we will need to make separate consultancy contract.

This is a good start. Let's keep doing it over the next week and hopefully we will wrap it up soon.

I think we need notes for each clause which explain what the clause means and why it is there in simple and lay language. This will not be part of the paper document they sign. But can be part of the google document. Only then the document will drive home the point it is supposed to drive.

Let's also start looking for lawyers who have worked in software space from bangalore or pune. If you don't know any then chase me to get you some names. Once we have completed the document from our side we will send it to them for review.
