[x] Accounting Category selected is " Loan Taken " , and has no data it should not be populating in the dropdown.
[x] Others reflects twice and shows different data.

Comment from Aditya:

Planned expenses Others reflecting two times. Accounting categories like Interest paid, Loan taken doesn't have data still reflected in list

To be tested on UAT with planned data on Flimpo, worked for ajency server

Both points above are fixed
