Click on Create Planned expense, On clicking " Next " -> open the Outflow classification list.

Expected:

All the categories displayed here should be init capitalised.

Example: Interest paid to " Interest Paid "

Places to Apply:

All dropdowns on Planned Transactions page + Outflow dropdown and QB dropdown in Planned expense screen
