BUG - Syncing of accounts needs to be batched. #808

Current Issue Total number of accounts in Atlantis " 8376 ". Currently visible on elastic is " 100 ". Only 100 accounts got synced.

Expected: All of the accounts should be visible on elastic

Batching is done, but the Forecast template goes blank for Atlantis ( probably due to the larger number of accounts ) @legred21

Forecast template is now loading for Atlantis after reducing time required for generating tree
