In case we cannot generate the statement for the user via CAMS, then we re-direct the user to the site and ask them to fill up the CAMS/Karvy form to generate the statement.
Once the statment is generated, the user is redirected to the forward your MF page, where they can forward the statement to us.
Here user will need to enter the password they have entered at the time of generation of the statement.
In case the user does not want to forward the statement, they can upload it. Here again, they will be asked to enter the statement password.
