User cannot login to the app untill he logs out from facebook #446

After fixing issue https://github.com/ajency/xooma-track-go/issues/232 and with due to issue https://github.com/ajency/xooma-track-go/issues/401 and https://github.com/ajency/xooma-track-go/issues/115 the user cannot login in to the app steps: 1.Login in to xooma for first time and do not share the email id

  1. The user is not allowed to login( as per the fix)
  2. Go to facebook and remove the app
  3. Come back to xooma and try to login

Current behaviour: The app is stuck on the login page Expected behaviour: The user should be allowed to login in to the app
