Reminders are not received as per set time #449

steps: 1.Set the time for reminders

Current behaviour: Reminders are not received at the time set

It's a cron job. Reminders won't be received at the set time.

There was some problem with Parse so that is why cron wasn't getting executed.

It has been fixed by Deepak.

The code has been pushed.
