HeroInstance should just use skill names #89

HeroInstances don't have the hero stats in them, so skill stats should be handled consistently.

I think this is also more friendly to a third-party author that just wants to write (or generate) a minimal description of the important information that defines a specific hero instance.

I agree, I was actually thinking this when making the change for default skills on rarity change.
