Error migrating issues. Project: pysphere #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Migrate project pysphere to GitHub
2. Wait for failure email

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I've tried a couple of times with the same outcome.

Dumping all "error migrating issues" bugs to #88 for tracking purposes.

There are some reliability problems while migrating individual issues. And the 
more issues a project has, the more likely an individual issue migration will 
fail, causing the entire migration to be aborted.

You can safely delete the GitHub repo and retry the migration.
