FlexPaper Zine: Pages width is compressed if width is different to first page. #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a PDF with differend width between first and other pages. If pages 
bigger then first page, they will be compressed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pages with differend width fron first page are compressed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FlexPaper Zine 1.5.6 on OS X, Windows, Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
