Colors pdf in html5 mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- colors in pdf loaded through html5-viewer differ from original pdf

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flexpaper zine 2.0.3-1.1.8, firefox 16.02, ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.
Problem seems to happen when document is converted through the pdf.min.js,
Is it possible to add an newer version of the pdf.js library? 
I've tried to import an pdf through their viewer 
(http://mozilla.github.com/pdf.js/web/viewer.html) and this fixes alot of the 
color issues
