Feature Request: custom position for color pickers

We built a customized application using FlexPaper adaptive UI with annotation 
tools, flash version. 

You can check an example (with Chrome browser only) at: http://goo.gl/ke5PM

Color pickers for highlight and pen instruments have absolute position in the 
Flash container. Our application instead has a fluid layout and the toolbar is 
centered, so the color pickers are barely visible when the window is maximized. 

Can you please add a parameter to decide the position of color pickers with a 
custom pixel value or with a relative position such as "bottom center"?

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.1.0_c_Annotations_1.0.40_Customizable_UI-rc2
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 24
