What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Place video call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No video is sent to far end. Is there a Start video button?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win XP

Could you please send network trace(wireshark)?
BTW, we are planning a new release for the end of the week. This new version 
will fix many issues and improve video quality.
