What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When i am trying to register the ue it is not sending the Security-client
header in the register request.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No Security-client header is present. There must be security-client in the
Register request.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This version is built without IPSec (WFP) in order to work on XP.

TLS security agreement (3329) is not supported yet. Only IPSec security
agreement is supported but as said in comment 1, we have to rebuild the
application and there are one or two things to change the code. We'll consider
this issue for the coming releases. We'll try to provide two versions: XP
(without ipsec but with tls) and visat/7(both).
