multi language support #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
All UI strings is currently hardcoded in the Boghe client, and this approach 
blocks adding support for more languages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Move all UI strings to a string table/resource, that can be translated into 
more languages.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
boghe-r75 and doubango-r666 on Windows XP/Vista/7

A string correction related to this feature request: "Visio Call" should be 
"Video Call" in english string table.

The right revision is 80 because revision 79 force the app to French culture.
