Possible missing example TIF file #1

Thanks for making these nice tutorials available @ajitjohnson . In may_2022_tutorial/Cell Type Proportion Exploration.ipynb there is an example of loading a TIF file for the manual gating 

image_path = str(common_path) + 'exemplar_001/registration/exemplar-001.ome.tif'

However that file (and registration directory) is not part of the current distro. Would it be easy to include that, or point to where to get it? (I guessed maybe https://mcmicro.org/datasets/#exemplar-data-for-testing-mcmicro but did not get a matched file name for exemplar-001)

Hi again @ajitjohnson . After writing the above I noticed the tutorials https://scimap.xyz/tutorials/md/spatial_biology_scimap/ Going to try those out, as it looks like the ones that are current.
