Error in rule meCLIP BedAnnotator #4

I got this error message and need help to solve it. Can you help me to look at the screenshot and log file?

This usually means that no m6As were detected by the pipeline...

I'll try to update the code to handle that situation better so the pipeline doesn't crash, and also include some test data with known m6As to ensure the pipeline is working before you attempt on your own data.
