This week I finally estimated flushing times of the 21 inlets using tidal prism and inlet volume calculated from tef2. August and September bottom DO negatively correlates with flushing time.

So impressed that you got tef2 working and got results. Nice! I'm not so concerned about a "complete narrative." Doing a solid job presenting the results you already have along with a thoughtful review of the scientific context will be enough.
