Dependency Refresh for January 2024 #60

Thinking that once a month (or every two months) we should check that the dependencies we are using are as up to date as possible. For this reason we will have a tickets to update the dependencies.

Running npm outdated will highlight the outdated dependencies,

This is the one for January 2024

Complete, but maintained ThreeJS at 0.157 to what appears to be a bump map regression.
