where do I locate the projects folder? #7

I'm on a Windows 10 laptop, and I've looked in %appdata% and %localappdata%. I've not a clue where to find the folder, and anywhere I try to run "git clone https://github.com/ajmeese7/spambot" in a cmd prompt says 'git is not a registered command' or something similar.

I have located the projects folder; all that remains is the second part of my problem. 'git is not recognized'.

The bot appears to be working correctly (I got git to work), but when I go to type /spam, where "/" is my prefix, nothing happens.
