Add warcraft logs webcrawling #6

We should be able to grab url's from the log's channel, so if people are logging raids, we can crawl the logs to know who went where and automatically track lockouts week to week giving better insight into "who has what" available"

I think the above has a ill-defined long-term view, having the bot be able to access our guild wcl account may be a great first step
