Sections of text missing translation option, screenshots attached:

"and you!" after made with <3
Everything in the calendar including the popups for days (Saw this was already talked about in discord and the popups are getting an overhaul)
Labels for selected HTTP codes
Default name when adding a new app

These are fine, I don't think we'll add them. These are very low ROI changes, for that reason I'll close as won't fix
