@hillaliy Might be able to help you more than I. Could you already provide us with your logs? It was already noted that OMV 7 is not yet compatible, as it came out at the same time and hasn't been made compatible yet as they made a change in their cookie name for authentication, which makes everything not work anymore.

duka10 commented 6 months ago

@Tagaishi @hillaliy Yea i saw in Pull request merge for OMV 7 support. Im still runing 6.9.14-1, didnt upgrade it to 7. But maybe they release same change for authentication in this version because i think its last release before version 7.

Hi, on version 6.9.10 OMV released upgrade command to migrate to version 7. So I think the change was made there. This plugin was build on version 6.9.4 I upgrade to version 7 and I can confirm that PR #1959 fix the problem.

duka10 commented 6 months ago

@hillaliy Ok thats the case. Thanks. I can also test it when u merge it on dev repo.

hillaliy commented 6 months ago

Merged please confirm that everything OK

zarevskaya commented 6 months ago

Not working for me, OMV7. Updated. Same issue.

duka10 commented 6 months ago

Tested just now with version 6.9.10 but still not working. Wanted to upgrade to 7 but i saw post that its not working with that version.

Can you go to ONV plugins and install cputemp? I think I know what's the problem

zarevskaya commented 6 months ago

Personally it didn't change anything.

In meantime i upgraded to 7. Reagarding on cputemp. I cant find it as plugin. I followed this guide but i got message cpu temp sensor not found.

I need to investigate this more because i didint need temp reading in omv so far.

duka10 commented 6 months ago

Ok with omv extras i installed cputemp plugin but no readings. With sensor command cant find any sensors and temps.

Proxmox read all cpu temps but omv cant. Not sure why. Need to inspect deeper.

dslatt commented 6 months ago

once #1903 merges it will fix the cputemp issue. i ran into the same thing where just installing cpu temp plugin didn't fix it for me since i was using proxmox so sensors werent available (pretty sure at least)

if youre using proxmox to run omv as vm probably had the same issue i did

dslatt commented 6 months ago

just updated my vm to omv7. no issues loading the widget off the proxmox branch w/ the cpu temp fix & new cookie stuff

hillaliy commented 6 months ago

Sorry for the inconvenience with the plugin. I am working on improving the calls to the OMV server.

I saw you widget and its looks great. Also using Proxmox so i can test it when it will be merged on dev repo.

steakhutzeee commented 6 months ago

Hi, so the cputemp plugin is required for this to work?

hillaliy commented 6 months ago

With the new hotfix no, but you don't see the cpu temperature ring. I hope that it will publish soon.

duka10 commented 6 months ago

After last merge i tested on dev repo and can confirm its working now.

hillaliy commented 6 months ago

Thanks friend. Please close this issue as resolved.

duka10 commented 6 months ago

Thank you friend.

OriginalCREart commented 6 months ago

I can confirm after installing cputemp plugin on OMV 7, system monitoring widget is able to pull the data from OMV.

Thanks Guys😊
