recursive not working correctly dragging chrome windows to other screen

Describe the problem

Whenever i resize the chrome windows to another screen the icons doesnt all show off

First picture is 3440 x 1440

Second picture is 1440 x 3440 orientation portrait flipped

Logs

No response

Context

I also saw a few people shwoin off a scale button but i cant find that one, not sure if it excist Me left screen is in a flipped orentation:

HI yes i did and i did playued around with that settings but it doesnt change anything i even ched all ssmall mediuym and large size but even the lowist sized it shows very odd, its behaviour im talking about is in the left menu I cheked alot sizes

Btw aklso the 4th widget isnet showing up on the left screen

im able to get it normally sized, i change the chrome page zoom to 80% only, so this should be an recursive bug
