Uptime Kuma widget & pings

Description

Currently, the pings can be quite troublesome. I want to re-implement what was done in https://github.com/ajnart/homarr/pull/200.

Would absolutely love to see this feature. Manuel and I discussed the issues I had while trying to debug the ping-feature. Now using Uptime Kuma status boards linked to Homarr. The percentage display of #200 is super nice for availability.

In addition, a service counter like 3/10 (three out of ten services are online, mockup attached) would be awesome, if you monitor services which are not online 24/7.

Absolutely appreciate your work! You guys inspired me to start learning react as a new challenge, so maybe one day I can contribute as well ;)

Would also like something like Dash., a widget that just simply displays the overall status from a status page, with the option to display the list of services from a status page.

We are currently working on version 1.0 (see #1993). For that reason, our core team is focusing on working on that version and currently no new features are implemented (except contributions). Thank you for your patience
