Thanks for this list.

Not sure if you have considered Microsoft's Power Query?

I love Power Query and regard it a relational programmer's Swiss Army knife.

It includes query-folding where it can translate queries into SQL and offload them to data sources.

Interesting, thanks for the pointer! I'll have to read up on Power Query and query folding to see if it fits.
