1) When trying to manually add a reviewed object in the article metadata, i.e. not selecting one of the existing items. The forms fails (i.e. hangs) giving the error message (PHP error-log) "ojs2: DB Error: Column 'creator' cannot be null'. A creator cannot be added on this form.
2) When selecting "Display a list of reviewed objects under the abstract" in the plugin settings, the heading "Reviewed publications" is shown on all article pages even if no reviewed objects are available.
3) On my system I didn't get email notifications for "reservations and cancellations". I didn't fill in the field in the plugin settings. However, might be a configuration issue on my testserver. I just filled in the principle Contact email in setting->journal->contact. And I only have an admin account, no manager/editor.
