Downgraded the version of @solana/spl-token to 0.2.0 to solve Issue #30
Addressed Issue #34 through the following changes:
Created a user state to define the kind of data that a user account would store.
Created instructions to initialize user accounts
Created instructions that can change the user's information (the signer needs to be the user that created the account, since the signer is used as a seed to find the account)
