Removed the signer passed in as an argument during user creation since it is not necessary.
Removed any instructions and fields related to date of birth since that will not be stored on the chain.
Removed author, topic and content fields from the post state since we will only store the timestamp on the blockchain and the hash of the tweet.
Changed avatar_nft_name to be a PubKey rather than just a name (string). Will probably change the name to avatar_nft_pubkey
Added tests to verify whether an account can be modified by a different user than the owner (should not be possible).

I could not really test it properly because the errors I mentioned in Issue #54 does not let me build the project. Will have to solve this tomorrow and then check the tests actually work properly.
I also need to add more tests for the other kind of modification the user can do to his account and make sure a different user can't do it.
