Design changes D: upvote #159

Upvote buttons all look like they’ve already been hit. Icon should start as empty with gray outline (same as before) and then become blue with light blue fill once tapped. Also, user can "un-tap" by hitting it again to undo the vote.

Fixed. Also changed colors.
