Make map first screen that loads #207

A while ago we changed it so List View loads first, but now with the category addition let's make Map View the default when the app first loads.

This is a relatively big change. When we changed from map to list, we had side issues. I think there will be some issues after this change though I will try to make all related changes.

Hmm, I thought to load the Map View first wouldn't make much difference, but I don't think it's worth spending a long time on.
