Allow only suscribers to enter blog comments and catch span

disallow pingbacks and trackbaks
require registering (other comment settings: click Comment author must fill out name and email and be registered and logged.
close comments on old articles (3 levels of nesting, 90 days cutoff, break comments into pages of 10 comments.

Use meta canonical tags ??

email-me always, before publish, administrator must approve. moderate with 2 or more comments.

Include also ability to comment base on account from gmail, or others??
