Not easy to accomplish.

Y axis range is recalculated in the following events:

• change of frequency
• change of aggregation -> this would be problematic, because base range may have nothing to do with %change range, or change range, etc.
• linear/log -> problematic
• compare/uncompare -> problematic
• nominal/real -> problematic.

Need to thing about it. Initially, need to set a combination of parameters for which the range is valid. Transform this range to the log case or viceversa. For changes to compare, uncompare or nominal real, the new range would have to be calculated, if a set of options matches the original then the original range passed would be displayed.
