Parallel Efficiency Code not running #1

submitted job to bridges2 supercomputer and it failed processor_efficiency.22935006.txt

@ajotcham This issue was caused by a bug in pmmoto. I just fixed it. You will need to git pull and re-install pmmoto on bridges for it to work now but you can wait until we meet on Monday.
