Change generated Commit message from Issue #123 to <tickettype> #123 #8

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the current behavior?
1.Commit changes
2.Open Redmine Ticket by clicking Redmine Issues Button
3. Select Issue
4. A commit message is generated for the selcted issue

What is the desired output? What do you see instead?
disired:
(<tickettype> #1483) : my desc. text
or
(Issue <tickettype> #1483) : my desc. text

eg.
(Feature #1483) : my desc. text
or
(Issue Feature #1483) : my desc. text

instead I see:
(Issue #1483) : my desc. text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WindowsXP
Version 1.1.0.8

Please provide any additional information below.

This would be fine in order e.g. to use Trackernames as keywords instead of
refs or fixes, or just because its usefull to make clear the type of issue (by
naming its tracker)

I think this request can easily be merged into the existing request for the
ability to change the generated word from issue to whatever the user desires.
See Issue #30 for details.

This would simply mean having the words Feature, Task, etc. as part of the list
of prefix words to choose from.

Would this be satisfactory or are you thinking this would be a separate option
to include the ticket type as well as the generated word before the issue
number?

I know it makes more work, but i guess both is the best way.
Tracker name in front of the issue number and
if user spezifies a user definable keyword put between
e.g. Feature: fixes #123
or so

thanks
