Why don't we choose topic based format? #4

I think current classification is little ambiguous. So I would recommend topic based format to this document. and IOI syllabus can be a good guideline for it.

Or if you don't want to change current format, proposing example problem for each level can be a good solution for this.

Let me know if you have any other opinion.

나도 한가지 의견 덧 붙이면, 문제가 계속 늘어날텐데, 단계별이든 어떻게 되든 페이지를 분리하면 좋을 것 같은데...

@nona1314 I prefer second idea. Once we classify those problems with level and topic, we could build some awesome apps for different view. (such as level view etc.)
