Web UI with Session Capture not enabled #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable session capture
2. Access the Web UI gui2.php
3. Become confused as the forms submit buttons aren't displayed for session 
related actions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With session capture disabled, we should hide/disable several sections of the 
WebUI - instead of not displaying the submit button on the session related 
forms. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Done.

Session is now shown as disabled in the GUI, and session specific areas are 
removed.
