Warn users if unsafe password storage is used. - Patch for /trunk/openfpc-dbmaint #20

The user should probably be notified that their password is going to be stored 
in plaintext so that they can take steps to ensure that the database is secure.

We are working on hashed passwords right now. I agree that if unsafe password 
storage is used it should be reported.
