Red Hat distributions put mergecap in the sbin folder.  If openfpc-queue can't 
find mergecap, it exits with a very generic error message (ERROR: 0) and no 
helpful log entries (unless vdebug mode is enabled).  Adding this to the 
configuration file should help red hat users avoid this.
