Patch for /trunk/openfpc-install.sh #23

Added a few extra dependencies for installing openfpc as a client.  I didn't 
add the server dependencies such as mysql/php since some people might only want 
to install the client.

Also copied the "OFPC_LIB_DIR" statement so that when PERL_LIB_DIR is changed 
(when DISTRO==redhat), the OFPC_LIB_DIR will reflect that change.

When I installed this on my server, I also had to install php php-mysql libdbi 
httpd.
